Wireless multi-sensor demo

Post by niclasf » Sat 01 Feb 2014, 10:32

Here is a short demo of my multi-sensor. The demo shows only one of the capabilities it has.

You can not only connect temperature sensors, but also a temperature/humidity sensor and a PIR sensor.
There is also a special firmware that makes it possible to connect a DS2423 1-wire counter.

Looks very nice! Placed an order straight away. Seems like à great way to combine the 1-wire and 433mhz protocols.
Really loking forward for your delivery!

Would it work to connect the following 1-wire solar sensor from m.nu?
https://www.m.nu/ljussensor-analog-vers ... bd31darsb1

It would be a nice way to get a hopefully more accurat solar meter then the modified Viking temp sensor i'm using now..

No, sorry. That will not work.
I might develop support for it in the future. Step one is to get hold of one of the sensors.

How does the multi-sensor handle the adresses?
Its seems as if two of my 1-wire sensors has been given the same adress.

bit-crunching 48 bits of each 1-wire serial id into 8 bits. Part of the 8 bits is used as sensor id.
