Updated SwitchKing app for iOS11 available

The work with an updated app for iOS11 has come up with a hefty bit on the road.
Our own final tests have been completed and the app has been sent to Apple for review and approval.
Right now, the status is "review".
As soon as the app is approved, it will be available as usual via the App Store.
