Set dimmer to 100% on sunset

Hello,
I've been using switch king for a while now - great work.

I've setup a schedule for a dimmer, 70% at 23:00, 50% at 00:00, 20% at 01:00. I then want it to turn off at sunrise, which works fine.

However, when it switches on at sunset, it turns on to the previous level, 20% - is there a way to get it to come on at 100% at sunset?

Thanks

The easiest solution would be to add a new event - "Turn on" - during a time of the day when you know that the sun will be up, for example at 1pm.

Switch King will then delay this event so that it is triggered at sunset.

Thanks for the link.

I've created 2 schedules now:
Turn dimmer off at 2am with the rule the data source must be "Up" - so this should delay the turning off until sunrise?
Turn dimmer on at 2pm with the rule the data source must be "Down" - so this should delay the turning on until sunset?

We'll see what happens later

I think my mind was going haywire there, for a while...

You don't really need that link. The link explains how to set up advanced rules in combination with if the sun is up or down.

In your case, it's only necessary to add that specific event - "Turn on" - at some time during the day when you know that the sun is up.
This will delay the event until sunset.

Sorry for the confusion...

Ah, even better. I've set that up and according to the time bar it looks correct.

Many thanks :)
